In how much time will the product get delivered to my address?
We will surely deliver your products quickly. Depending on your location the delivery will take 3 to 7 working days.
Is COD (Cash on delivery) available to my location?
Yes! We provide COD all over India.
What are the charges for delivery?
We provide free home delivery for prepaid orders above
₹500/-
For cart value below ₹500 and COD orders there is an extra shipping charge of just ₹49/-
How can I track my order?
Once your order is placed you’ll receive a tracking link on your Email/SMS/WhatsApp within 24 to 48 hrs, with your order tracking id and also the expected delivery date.
Can I cancel the order after shipping?
No, you cannot. Within 24 hours of placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation call; if you decide to cancel your order at that point, you can do so.
What if I miss my delivery?
Our shipping partners will make 3 attempts for the delivery of your order, if you miss it you get a "reschedule delivery" message on your WhatsApp no. Alternatively, you can mail us to request the same thing within 4 hours of missing your delivery. After the 3 attempts, the parcel will directly get cancelled and return back to us.
My order is not yet delivered?
We are sorry for the inconvenience caused, the standard delivery time is from 2 to 7 working days, your order may sometimes get delayed due to technical/weather issues while in transit and you will get notified for the same. If this is not the issue, then you can text us as back on WhatsApp (9833575124) or mail us at Mailtheyouthspace@gmail.com, and will definitely help you.
